Most applicants complete the form in one sitting. Have the applicant’s details, a recent photograph and any programme documents ready before you begin.

Review eligibility, fees and deadlines, then select the programme you are applying for.
Add applicant details
Enter the applicant's and guardian's details, then answer the programme's own questions.
Upload a photograph
Upload a recent passport-size photograph and any documents the programme asks for.
Review and pay
Check everything, accept the declaration and pay the application fee securely through Razorpay.
Track your status
Keep your application number. Use it with your email to follow review and decisions online.

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically as you go through the steps. Return to the same programme's application page on the same device and browser to continue.
What photograph should I upload?
A recent, clear, passport-style colour photograph with a plain background, showing the applicant's full face. JPG, PNG or WEBP files up to 2 MB are accepted.
When is my application submitted?
After you accept the declaration and the application fee is confirmed by Razorpay. Until payment is confirmed, the application shows as “Payment pending”.
My payment was deducted but the status still says pending.
Payment confirmation normally arrives within a few minutes. If it has not updated after an hour, contact the admissions office with your application number and payment reference.
Can I change details after submitting?
Not online. Before you pay you can return to edit your application. After submission, contact the admissions office if something needs to be corrected.
How will I know the decision?
Track your application at any time with the application number and the email or mobile number you gave. The admissions office may also contact you directly using the details you provided.
