Application-fee payments
The application fee covers processing an application. Once an application has been submitted and payment is confirmed, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered for a duplicate payment, an amount charged in error, or a payment where the application could not be processed because of a technical error attributable to the portal. Admission decisions, applicant ineligibility, withdrawal by the applicant, or incomplete documentation do not by themselves create a right to a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact the admissions office within 7 days of the payment, providing the applicant name, application number, payment reference, date and reason for the request. We may request supporting information before deciding a request.
Processing approved refunds
If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method through Razorpay. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank. A payment-service charge, where applicable and permitted, may not be refundable.
Cancellation and failed payments
You may stop an application before payment. If a payment fails, no application fee is recorded. If funds were debited but the portal still shows payment pending after one hour, please contact admissions with the payment reference.
